Class 9, Assignment 6: Immersive Education Virtual World and Video games.

 I played this game for about half an hour, I took a screenshot of each of the features/games, this was the wheel thing that I liked least.

 A roullette wheel (though not really more like the wheel they have you spin to win a free rubber chicken or w/e dumb prize when you go to a store that's having a promotion).

 I liked the fire breather.

 I love roller coasters, this one was pretty tame though.

The CANNON! Oh man I was so psyched but I couldn't figure out how to fire my self out of it :(.






Anyhow, from my analysis Circus is pretty squarely in the casual game camp. Still it is clearly influenced by an old genre of game, the Adventure game. I've always had a soft spot for old school style adventure games. From Sam and Max on I just was in love with all the Lucas Arts games. Its really too bad that kids only remember them for star wars, they made some great games way back when. Anyhow If I had to pick one genre I would say casual game. Its a lot like Neopets or one of those old online games with lots of mini-games and points and such.
